Question 1

Should I choose an air-cooled or liquid-cooled commercial BESS cabinet?

Accepted Answer

Air cooling suits moderate climates and daily cycling at up to roughly 0.5C, with simpler maintenance. Liquid cooling keeps cell temperature spread tighter, which matters for hot regions, high-density sites and frequent charge-discharge; our 261 kWh and 418 kWh cabinets and 5016 kWh containers use liquid cooling, while the 241 kWh and 313 kWh all-in-one cabinets use air cooling.

Question 2

What is the difference between a 51.2V low-voltage home battery and a high-voltage system?

Accepted Answer

51.2V LiFePO4 home batteries (16 cells in series) are widely compatible with residential hybrid inverters and can be stacked or paralleled to expand capacity, such as 10 kWh to 25 kWh. High-voltage stacks reduce current and cable size and are typically used above 10 kW output. We recommend the platform after reviewing your inverter brand, peak load and backup requirements.

Question 3

Which documents should importers request before ordering energy storage?

Accepted Answer

Typical requests are a UN38.3 test summary and MSDS for shipping lithium batteries, IEC 62619 for stationary battery safety, CE (EMC/LVD) for Europe, and UL 1973/UL 9540 for North American projects. Availability varies by model, so ask us for the current document set for your target market before you sign.

Question 4

Which trade terms and payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Accepted delivery terms include FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, FAS, FCA, CPT, DDP, DDU and express delivery. Accepted payment methods include T/T, L/C, credit card, PayPal and Western Union, in USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, HKD, GBP or CNY.

Question 5

Do you support OEM/ODM branding for distributors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We support OEM/ODM projects including logo, packaging and configuration changes, together with installation guidance documentation for distributors and EPC partners.
